Condos starting from the $500s in St. Petersburg

Priced from the $500s, Water Club Snell Isle offers four condominium floor plans, sized from approximately 1,863 to 2,108 square feet. Planned building features include private elevator lobbies and secured, covered parking. 

These 84 residences will be offered in two nine-story towers. In addition, the project will also include 11 two-story townhomes with private two car garages.

Water Club Snell Isle, located at 1325 Snell Isle Boulevard NE, St. Petersburg has completed the roof slab of the 9-story towers twelve days ahead of schedule, bringing the June 2014 occupancy date closer to reality.
