Snell Isle Condos

Developers have finished vertical construction of the nine-story, 84-unit Water Club Snell Isle condominium project in north St. Petersburg. The project also includes 11 two-story townhouses.

Kolter Urban, a division of the West Palm Beach real estate development and investment firm, is building Water Club Snell Isle on a 5.25-acre site in the 1300 block of Snell Isle Blvd. NE. The lot was previously occupied by Snell Isle Plaza.

The $30 million project is under budget and on target to finish by July, said Bob Vail, president of Kolter Urban.

Tampa Bay Rays Celebrate Mariano Rivera

The Tampa Bay Rays celebrate famed NY Yankee Pitcher Mariano Rivera with a sandcastle from Sanding Ovations.

In a warm gesture our beloved Rays put a video montage to Rivera that thanked the closer for his long contributions to the game. 

With only a short 20 minute commute to Tropicana Field from Water Club Snell Isle, residents can enjoy the MLB Tampa Bay Rays, the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers and NHL Tampa Bay Lighting play all year long.
